As Founder of Lanark Weaver Consulting, I’m a hands-on recruiter who thrives on solving complex challenges and delivering real value to candidates and clients alike. Internationally educated and well-travelled, I’m blessed with a network of colleagues and friends across North America and around the globe.
With a highly-awarded technology sales career and seven years placing candidates in diverse industries, I founded Lanark Weaver Consulting in 2022 to introduce more flexible, tailored recruitment solutions to the market. Our approach is based on years of feedback and research with leaders and human resources professionals throughout North America on what they wanted out of a truly differentiated service.
My appreciation for diversity of identity, background and perspective isn’t an adopted value but a life-long, insatiable curiosity that has led me on some fantastic journeys. I studied and travelled throughout Southern Africa, worked with Indigenous youth in Alberta, am a proud member of the LGBTQ2+ community and have visited some incredible places around the world. I am curious about almost everything, nurture quirky interests with passion and I’m fuelled by way too much coffee and an offbeat sense of humour. Working with me, you can expect an informal, personable style. But also a dedicated, insightful, professional work ethic; the source of my hard-won reputation for investing deeply in the success of my clients.
